Four İşbank group companies appoint new heads on one evening

Four İşbank group companies listed in Istanbul each named a new chief executive on 26 October, the evening the bank's board named three of their heads deputy chief executive, pending regulator approval, the companies and the bank said in filings.

The change at the four companies is the largest single cluster in this edition of the register, which records 17 changes of chief executive, finance chief or chair that listed companies disclosed on Türkiye's Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) and the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) between 18 and 29 October. Ten involve the chief executive or general manager, six the finance chief and one the chair. Turkish companies filed 12 of them and Omani companies five. Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notices in the period changed board and management board seats at four issuers, including Nurbank, but none of the three roles. The previous edition covered 1 to 17 October.

Four chief executive posts move in one İşbank evening

İşbank's board decided that Ozan Uyar, chief executive of TSKB, Kenan Ayvacı, chief executive of İş Yatırım, Zekai Mehmet Tuğtan, chief executive of Anadolu Sigorta, and Murat Doğan, head of its subsidiaries division, are named deputy chief executive at the bank. Two of the bank's own deputy chief executive officers move the other way: Sezgin Lüle to TSKB and Sezgin Yılmaz to Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik. The bank said the four assignments take effect after the necessary notifications to, and permissions from, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.

The four companies filed their own notices within 42 minutes of the bank's. TSKB appointed Sezgin Lüle chief executive once the legal applications and approvals are obtained. At Anadolu Hayat, the chief executive, Serkan Uğraş Kaygalak, leaves for another role in the group, and the chair, Sezgin Yılmaz, takes the post once regulatory approval processes are complete. Kaygalak in turn becomes chief executive of Anadolu Sigorta on the same condition. İş Yatırım promoted its deputy chief executive, Serchat Ntevetzioglou (Serhat Devecioğlu). Finance chiefs change at five Turkish companies

Five of the six finance chief changes came from Türkiye. Koton named Recep Yer chief financial officer on 19 October, Klimasan said Emre Yıldız started as financial affairs director on 23 October, and Hareket named Serdar Önsöz deputy general manager of financial affairs (CFO), reporting to its group chief executive. Akçansa set a later date: Daniel Klein becomes vice general manager, finance, on 1 January 2027, replacing Thomas Gerstenhauer, who moves to another role in the Heidelberg Materials group. Parsan's notice says its chief financial officer, Ersin Kılınç, has left, and names no successor.

Galata Wind's chief executive, Burak Kuyan, decided to step down, and Mehmet Ali Gürpınar acts in the post until a new appointment. The only chair change came at Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding. The company said in a filing that the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) was appointed trustee by a decision of the Istanbul 5th Criminal Judgeship of Peace dated 14 October, and that the Fund Board constituted a new board with Enis Güçlü Şirin as chair.

In Oman, Oman Cement confirmed Jiang Tao, its acting chief executive since November 2025, in the post, and Barka Water and Power appointed Abdulaziz Al Battashi from 19 October. Oman Cables Industry said in a notice dated 27 October that its new finance chief, Cleber da Silva, is to join on 28 October.

How the register is compiled

The register lists changes of chief executive or general manager, chief financial officer and chair disclosed from 18 to 29 October 2026. Every KAP notice and every KASE company notice in the period was screened by subject and headline, and each candidate was read in full; MSX entries come from the notices filed under appointment and resignation headings, and each links to the company's own filing. Reappointed chairs, deputy and divisional posts and board seats are not listed. Saudi Exchange and Warsaw Stock Exchange pages could not be reached for this edition, so Saudi and Polish companies are missing from it; Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market were not reviewed. The register appears weekly.
