Four issues have dates and terms in the four weeks from 19 October to 15 November, and eight more have their approvals but no dates, according to exchange filings, regulator bulletins and issuer releases reviewed by the Data Desk. The largest dated deal is a rights issue by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) of up to AED 1.75 billion at AED 16.45 a share, which the bank says is a 28.8 per cent discount to its closing price on 24 August.
No initial public offering on a main market in the footprint has a subscription date in the window. The Saudi Capital Market Authority's latest offering approval, on 5 October, was for a rights issue, and the three bulletins the Turkish Capital Markets Board published from 3 to 16 October (2026/69, 2026/70) approved no flotation. Argaam's list of upcoming offerings shows no initial offering with a subscription date. Bank capital dominates instead: two rights issues by banks and two Additional Tier 1 sukuk are cleared in Kuwait and Türkiye.

How the calendar is compiled
The calendar lists bonds, sukuk, rights issues and flotations in the Boards and Capital footprint whose dates or approvals were published by 17 October, with the filing behind each. Routine weekly treasury bill and central bank note auctions are left out; the Kazakh and Turkish sovereign lines appear because their dates and terms were published. The calendar is updated every Monday.
