Dubai Investments is selling 20 per cent of DIP Holding on the Dubai Financial Market, with subscription from 27 October to 3 November, the company said. The flotation is the largest new deal among six issues dated between 26 October and 22 November.

The 20 per cent is 1,735,243,300 existing shares, with trading expected on or around 11 November, and the company calls the deal the UAE's first initial public offering of 2026. The Data Desk's review of exchange notices, regulator bulletins and issuer releases also found seven more issues with approvals or plans but no dates.
Şekerbank, carried from the 19 October edition, has opened its rights issue. Banque du Caire's institutional book closed on 23 October, its final price is due on 26 October and its retail offer runs to 28 October, Egypt Today reported on 19 October. Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank's invitation to shareholders, published on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on 12 October, confirms the record, rights trading and subscription dates of its rights issue. Elsewhere the pipeline is thin: the Turkish Capital Markets Board's bulletins 2026/71 (19 October), 2026/72 (dated 20 October) and 2026/73 (22 October) approved no flotation or rights issue, and the Saudi Capital Market Authority's approvals from 15 to 24 October covered a fund offering, a bonus share issue and a capital reduction, not new money.

How the calendar is compiled
The calendar lists bonds, sukuk, rights issues and flotations in the Boards and Capital footprint whose dates or approvals were published by 24 October, with the filing behind each. Items from the previous edition are carried only after their status is checked again; OQ Exploration and Production's sukuk programme and Akbank's foreign debt approval are left out this week because their status could not be rechecked in a newer document. Routine weekly treasury bill and central bank note auctions are excluded; the Kazakh and Polish sovereign lines appear because their dates and terms were published. The calendar is updated every Monday.
